For better or for worse, this LP influenced guitar playing in the same way Ritchie Blackmore, Jimi Hendrix & Eddie Van Halen did previously.
Personally, i love this album. Too bad there was a dramatic spiral downwards after this. Anyway, this sounds fantastic on clean original wax. Play loud!!

First time I heard this, it was mind blowing. I had a similar reaction when I first heard "Eruption" or when my brother brought home "Smashed Hits". Great album by a complete egomaniac d-bag. You're right, his follow ups where weak.
