I'm very stoked to hear this. I hope it comes early next week (ATIH usually takes a couple of weeks to reach me).

I couldn't resist getting first class. Twiddling my thumbs.

Damn....nice. It costs so much to get it shipped here faster. So I patiently will await its arrival, I hope.

It is so much better than their first.

It's like they moved from black & white to colour. Great release.

Good things come to those who wait.

I've been all over this album since I got it. As good as anything else I heard last year. I do miss their more muscular beginnings, but there's way more texture here. Every track is a journey. Good job, juniors.

This album is fucking awesome on all levels: playing, production, songs, riffs, artwork. Love it. Saw them last night. Drummer told me they just recorded two new songs for a limited 12" coming out as part of Record Store Day by Armageddon Shop. Should be badass.

My impression too. I do like the first album but Dead Roots Stirring just feels a lot more cohesive as a whole.

Finally pulled my finger out and gave this a listen. I think I've listened to it twice through for 3 days now.
It's pretty damn good, meanders through some good places. There's definite Colour Haze/35007 sounds in there, but Sleep too, and Pink Floyd. Granted as in the original review here there are a couple of moments where I get a little impatient with the noodling but just a couple.

The Lovely Mrs H likes it too.
