No, that is really the amp that I would like. I assumed that he did post on this forum since everyone talks about him here like they know him personally. Do you have contact information for him?

Thanks for the love/hate guys. Least people are checking my shit out. No problem if people dont dig what I have done, thats the nature of this game, I would know I am extremely picky about tone.

if you want to contact me best way is email

dunwichamps@gmail.com

To the poster above about an SS amp, thats possible but ATM i do not have experience with them. Solid State reverbs are fairly easy, even with 3 spring tanks. Thats totally doable. contact me and we can talk

Nick

This probably will be completely unnecessary. I found a Jazz Chorus 77, and a Jazz Chorus 90, both for under $200 within a matter of five minutes of shopping at music stores. If you can make a SS Roland Jazz Chorus 120 for under $200, I would consider it, but I am sure you have bigger and better things to do than worry about a nobody like me. Also, I like the name Roland, it has a special significance for me, for obvious reasons. Name is the Mother of the 10,000 things.

Don't worry about this clown ^^^^^ He's recently back off his Black Pyrameltdown, and he's trying to troll people because he didn't pass the zen exam.

Stick around while the clown who is sick does the trick of disaster. Alas, I am more a fool than a clown, and I am not sick. Perhaps you can play the role of the clown. It is a fun part, after all.

Not in the slightest, although I can tell by your demeanor that you wish that you had. I simply would prefer to clarify our roles. I am simply a fool. If you wish to have a clown present, then that will have to be your role in life. It worked wonders for Glen Beck.

Yes, I may come off a little cross, but asking somebody who builds CUSTOM amplifiers for a pretty small niche, if he can make you an amp you can buy outright for 200 dollars, FOR 200 dollars is a little pompous, and insulting. He couldn't even get the parts for that, let alone pay himself for the time it'd take him to build it. Don't be stupid. If you want it so bad, go buy one, and don't insult people who are doing something that you can't.

I run into people like you all the time, my shop mate builds hardwood furniture, and people tell him his prices are high all the time, because he doesn't have a "degree." I watched him put 120 hours into a dining room table, sanding, beveling, oiling, waxing, and when he told the customer the final price (calculated at ten dollars an hour, at 120 hours, 1200 bucks, plus 400 dollars for the materials, so total 1600 dollars,) she almost had an aneurysm at the number. It's a CUSTOM, HAND MADE, BLOOD AND TEARS product, not some particleboard and veneer product you get at Ikea. Those who have no idea what it takes to build something from scratch, and have it turn out as a work of art, instead of a "product" always have the same reaction as you.

You're ignorant, and it's rather insulting to the builder to ask such an idiotic question.

Carry on, Dingy.

Try learning to read critically, it may help with your anger issues. I'm going to highlight the parts of my post that you seem to have glossed over, then you can tell me which of us was pompous.

It's hard to gloss over the "woe-is-me-dont-worry-about-lil-ol-me" attitude. You know outright what you said was complete bullshit.

Im not angry, Dingy. Far from it. I was just sayin'.

I forgot to mention, you're a clever bastard.

"FAC OFF"

A pedal with the FAC rotary switch in it?

Fuck you. It only took me like two hours to get it.

hahaha.

Yup its got a dual FAC in a single knob setup, it controls the input and output caps, FAC OFF was actually the idea of the original poster in this thread, pedal is for him.

Silicon FuzzFace base, switchable input transistor (normal fuzz, super hi gain fuzz), Fuzz and Filter (FAC) controls
