Sometimes I love listening to this after smoking alot of weed. An underrated masterpiece which lead up to the genius of The Firm.

Is this the movie where a young Lawrence Fishburne rapes Charles Bronson's housemaid? I remember watching that as a young kid. Deeply disturbing and had a profound effect on me to this day. I wish I had never seen it.

Actually I don't think I've ever seen this movie. Nope. Charles Bronson movies used to scare me when I was little. However I am really into this album for the music.

Honestly I think In Through the Outdoor or even The Firm's 1985 album would've been a better choice than this to review, but I was a little high when I posted this lol.

First track and 'Shadow in the City' are good songs off it.

LOL

That would be funny actually. I love Plant ,but its weird how he never was really heavy after Zep. Cozy Powell ruled though.

Other than maybe the first 2 LPs, was ZEP ever really that consistently "Heavy"?!?

To me only Led Zeppelin I ,II and Presence seem very heavy consistantly throughout, but all of their other albums have a variety of styles. I guess II is their heaviest album. Queen did the same thing. They had very heavy songs here and there, but they were never overall that heavy.

I'll never forget my mother one time asking me to put some music on the turntable while we did housework together, and I put Led Zep II on the turntable ,side two beginning with 'Heartbreaker'. I'll never forget my mom saying "That's too wild sounding, put something else on..." LOL

At first I kept playing it ,I figured it's from her generation so she should understand it at least, but no she kept insisting I put something more mellow on.
