Just wait until you hear the 'Awaken the Guardian' album! What I would give to hear it again for the first time. Listening to those first three FW albums is like being a kid pouring over campy fantasy art. It's the perfect soundtrack for daydreaming about a place where all your hopes and dreams are fulfilled.

Oh, i've already experienced the full-on ADVANCED Dungeons & Dragons Heavy Metal geek out awesome that is Awaken the Guardian a few months ago. I have the 2005 2CD remaster with the live bonus disc! \m/ Gotta admit i think i slightly prefer tSW. Could be the vinyl fetish thing... |
