1-rocks2-rocks3-toys4-wings

This how my listening time has been spent with'm over the 30 plus years i've had'm. BUT there are a couple TOYS cuts that really got run into the ground and approach novelty status whereas nothing on WINGS strikes me that way. Radio wasn't playin' the stuff except maybe the cover of "train kept..." at least they weren't in Buffalo/Rockchester. Maybe in Boston/Cleveland?

Yeah, it's a bit hard to listen to Toys anymore, due to certain songs just being run into the ground over the years. I'm thinking that's what moves it from 2 to 3. Get Your Wings is really strong though. The production is very real sounding and the songs are solid hard rockin'.

Rocks of course is #1.

I've not heard the double live boot thing in 15 years. Worth revisiting ?

You know, I have not listened to that in years either. I may have to break it out.

When I was a kid I remember the quality of recordings varying a lot from track to track. That may not be much of a issue now.

Is Ruts better than Draw The Line? Not so sure about that. Gonna have to do a side by side.

Interesting- the tune, "draw..." may carry it. Be fun to do a track by track. I think i had a cd of Testament doing "Draw..." that made every mix tape i made for about three years.

MAN I just remembered I thrifted a copy of, "bottleg" a couple months ago with a copy of ROCKS tucked inside! fairly beat but playable on the old Victrola. I forgot that side 4 was all covers.

I like getting a double order of chicken wings while listening to this tape.

Live Bootleg is worth pulling off the shelf four times per year.

This is my jams.
Spaced is sooooo under-rated.
Aerosmith '73-85 is MY comfort food.

Rocks-toys-wings-aerosmith.
