Found an old 80's Traynor MonoBlock bass head at a local music shop, I'm debating picking it up. It's only $300.

I see these go for anywhere from $200 to $350ish I'd say $300 is not unreasonable. People do say they have a pretty good tone and are extremely loud. I'd bring your cab in and try it out and see if you like it. |

I was debating getting one of these myself but ended up going with a Sunn Beta Bass for $400 w/ a footswitch though thought it sounded better. |

Thanks for the posts, seems like this could be interesting amp to blend with my main head. Haven't gone back to see if it's still there, lay offs are a bitch, but hopefully. If not I think I'll try ebay, see what's up. |
