Saw the head and cab on craigs for $150 cash. 5 watt. Is this worth it? Was thinking of getting a vox ac4, but this seems cheap enough. Should I snag it?

The heads are great. IMO, the cab sucks. 150 for the stack would be the most I would even consider paying, used. The head alone should be findable for <100. Plug that into a decent 2x12, or even 4x12 and ooh my!!!!

I have no problems with the cab. I think it sounds fine, and it makes a nice little bedroom rig with eh vjr head. A couple very simple mods and that amp opens up nicely.

I think the cab sounds good and so does the amp, way too loud for an apartment though. You'd need a dirt pedal at lower volumes.

Great amps and can get surprisingly loud. Sounds really good if you have a nice parametric EQ

I love mine. Takes my 87 Rat really well and I plan to do the Bitmo Trio mod to it.

Kickass modding platforms, too.

I have fun with mine. Takes my pedals nicely. And FYI - sounds bitchin' with a lap steel plugged into it.
