Sixth string is buzzing hellishly. No idea why, all other strings are fine. TunePros bridge. It was set up professionally but I don't think it's right. I'd rather not mess with the bridge. Thanks. This is really fucking with my Crazy Train riff.

It's going to need to be adjusted, regardless of what you want.

Multiple issues, bridge could be low, nut could be too low. I'm assuming if it's up in the Crazy Train zone, it's between 1-5, how far up does it buzz? passed 7-10? What kind of guitar? If you have technical questions, post some technical pictures.

it's a Shechter c-1+ It's new and a quality guitar except this damn buzzing.
I would like to try to raise the bridge slightly but I have no idea how. Think taking it to a guitar center would be good idea?

If it's a floyd, raise the posts, if it's a T-O-M, raise the posts. You'll need an allen key for the floyd, or a flat head screwdriver for the T-O-M. It's just mechanics, look at it and see what moves. Don't dick with the saddles, just the over-all bridge adjustment. The Schecter T-O-M's have a set screw that you'll want to back out to avoid marring the post.

If you have questions like this, mosey on over to the Jam Room at the other forum, you'll be helped a shitload faster, over there. Promise.
