Always amazed at how literal the word geeks take The Mighty Hize to be. As if the music itself doesn't transmongrifythe average leaf into the super shrub! As for the words- its a bout Freedom from an Onion-esque perspective strained thru,as the Drag Queens say "true stoner realism", writ large and in technicolor.. Or as the late great M. Watt said about LA Punk; "this is Bob Dylan to me". My fav. underestimated unit since the Angry Samoans; and trust me them'uns gor dick for respect until those they influenced started to "shift units"(ah! the '90's....).

ps: Woody get to me about doing a cover of Thr Samaons "gimme sopor". Love to pair it with a Lo Pan cover of a Godz tune. Prolly 714..... conceptual pat AND pure.....

I would be all over doing a Samoans cover but we played with 'em about 4 years ago and they were TERRIBLE! Metal Mike was a complete asshole and haven't been able to listen to the band the same way. Now a Pagans cover...
