For anyone going to Eye of the Stoned Goat this weekend, Mos Generator had to cancel. Van troubles. I'm really sad.

I know that Blackout was added on Saturday because someone else cancelled a few weeks ago.

They canceled a long time ago.
I was debating making the horrible trek*, but the main draw for me was Mos Generator. I'm out, now.

*Getting there doesn't seem unbearable (2 hours), but getting home could be horrible, especially if you miss the 1:24 train (next train is 4:09).

They were the main draw for me too but I already have a ticket and a car so I'm gonna do it anyway.

I wonder who's playing with K2B? I haven't seen them since the rhythm section departed (and, I think it's kinda lame to continue on with only Will). But, no one else is mentioned on the bill.
I'll be at St Vitus, but don't care about Electric Citizen, so I could head over to Black Bear after the openers play at Vitus.

Edit - I'll answer my own question.
Flags Don't Matter
Robots and Monsters
Theorem

Wow. Don't figure I'll be going to Black Bear.

Midnight Ghost Train [bad] news...

We're very sorry to have to write you this but The Midnight Ghost Train has to cancel their entire upcoming USA tour. During our last European tour Steve broke his hand (his picking hand) but he still powered through the entire tour, with a hand broken in eight places. Causing it to never heal, and now he can't play. We did a show the other night in KC and into the second song his hand completely gave out on him. He couldn't hold on to his pick he couldn't do anything with it. It locked up and was very very painful. He went to the doctor again and they have suggested that he must have surgery or else he will have permanent damage. He's going this week to another specialist to get a second opinion but at this point he can't play, it would be suicide for his ability to play guitar in the future if he continues using his hand before it is fixed. Were extremely sorry to have to cancel but there is no other option. We promise to return and make it up to everyone. This is far from the end.
