I just bought tix for the Clutch (um, Valkyrie) show... $73 for two! Jesus, that's expensive!

Edit: $66 for two... I didn't buy them yet. I will probably look for resale tix when it gets closer, because it's not a must see show for me.

Tonight @ Mr Beery's in LI...

8pm - Witchtripper (LI)
8:45 - Bailjack (MD)
9:30 - Faith in Jane (MD)
10:15 - Godmaker (Brooklyn)
11pm - Moon Tooth (LI)

A couple bands from VoV. I liked Faith in Jane so much, I'm considering driving out there, but still undecided.

Tonight's YOB show... is it one of those early shows that ends at 10:00? I don't think I've been to the Marlin Room, but it says doors at 6:30 and show starts at 6:45!

The website doesn't list any kind of dance thing happening afterwards, but I don't know how things work there.

Edit - this was on King's Destroy's website:

Kings Destroy 6:45-7:15
Black Cobra 7:30-8:15
Yob. 8:30-
Show will run on time

That's just stupid.

That was way too early for a Sat night for me.

Remember the old days when shows regularly ended between 2am - 4am? Honestly, I'd have a tough time if shows were like that now.

Oooh, this is tempting. Do you know who else is on the billing?

I've never been to St. Vitus either, though I'll definitely be there to check it out in April.

Fri 2/26: UXO @ St Vitus

UXO is Chris Spencer's & Steve Austin's new band... I imagine they sound like Unsane*

Edit - they posted a song:
