We'll be heading to Dropout Studios to record the first album, with a working title of 'Road'. It's the same studio that the first Stubb lineup went to record the demo/ep, hence it getting the name Dropout Sessions. Tim Cedar from Part Chimp will be engineering and recording it all onto glorious analog tape. For those that don't know two members of Stubb are also in Trippy Wicked and The Cosmic Children Of The Knight. Pete who plays guitar and sings for Trippy plays bass and does some vocals in Stubb and Chris, Trippys drummer also drums for Stubb. I (Jack) play guitar and sing. I did a poster this weekend actually, a sort of it's coming poster. I'll get that out and about with some news this week |

First day in the studio, some bad quality iphone photos. Video on the way which will look much better. So we've now got the bass, drums and guitar down for 5 songs, all live onto analog tape which is sounding very nice. Tomorrow we'll record two more songs, overdubs and vocals:   Tape from the last time we recorded, well when the previous line up did:

Recording done, rough mixes done. Needs a mixing session in January and a guest vocal adding, then it's done |
