You mean did he ask me if I'd ever read Icke? I don't know. I think someone might have asked me that. My reaction would have been simple, I don't need to read the ravings of a paranoid loon to know he's a paranoid loon, I'd seen videos of him speaking, I'd read interviews, I know what Icke's about, I don't need to read him.
But I
never called Wino an anti-Semite. Why am I so sure of this? At this point I was reviewing records for another website, and received the Hidden Hand CD as a promo and would not have burned that bridge by calling anyone an anti-Semite. I even reviewed the record, I was positive about the music, not so much on the lyrics. If I was calling artists anti-Semites I probably would've been cut off.
And honestly I still am a big fan of Wino and would never have considered him an anti-Semite unless I heard it from his mouth, y'know, it would take more than him reading a book by Icke to make me say that about anyone. Especially about someone whose work means as much to me as Wino's does.
