I saw Green & Wood at Spaceland (Dreams) about a year ago. I wasn't impressed. Last night G&W played at the Dark Horse Saloon. I was blown away. Killer doom set. Definitely looking forward to catching them again. Earthless was equally impressive with their psyched out jams. It's been a couple years since I last saw them, and they have not lost a thing. They were so tight, and the crowd (a pretty good turnout) was completely riding the vibe. |

I really, really like Green And Wood. Not the most original band in the world, no, but a fresh enough take on the stoner/doom/post Sleep formula to perk my ears... |

I like Green & Wood a lot. Saw them earlier this year and totally dug 'em. Earthless rules. Hope they get up to Northern California in the near future. |
