Want to watch Blade Runner, Robocop, a Will Smith-less version of I Robot (who doesn't?), Alienation, Total Recall, and Minority Report but only have an hour of free time? Do you envision a future where everything looks like the Genius Bar in an Apple store? Do you enjoy Karl Urban scowling?

Yes?

Yes!

YES!

DO I HAVE A SHOW FOR YOU!

(That said, it's amusing enough. Better than Agents of Shield, not quite as nutso fun as Sleepy Hollow. Plus, Scowling Karl Urban is almost as good as Angry Timothy Olyphant.)

Karl Urban's scowl really won me over in Dredd.

I will check this out. If it sucks, I will destroy you.

We are all displaced citizens of StonerRock.com. None of us should be bothered by derivative entertainment.

I certainly like it enough to stick with it for the time being. A weekly show that's even vaguely reminiscent of Blade Runner is something I can't not watch. I would have had to completely hate the pilot to be forced away from this. That it's the some of the same crew behind Fringe is reason enough to stick with it for a full season since that show became bonkers insane and a total blast to watch after a somewhat slow start. Plus, Karl Urban. Always enjoy watching him in settings like this. Ealy's been a pleasant surprise and is already a fun dude. It's off to a better start than Agents of SHIELD, which is the only other show I've picked up this season (not counting Masters of Sex). I really should get around to Sleepy Hollow though.

Sleepy Hollow is unapologetic about not making a lick of sense.

If it's from the Fringe people, the show will become completely unrecognizable from itself by next season.

But I dig the premise, Urban is awesome, and it reminds me of Asimov stories. Let's see where this goes.

You should watch Dracula. That show doesn't exist in the same universe as sense.

Three episodes in. I'm pretty happy with it. Not as bland as most dramas on network. My only beef is that I wish Dorian was a little less human. I understand that's the idea and I like that, I'm only talking about that guys' performance. He could play it just a bit more mechanically, in my opinion. Not a lot more, just a bit.
