Anyone watch the show? This latest episode that focused on Rafi and Dirty Randy was one of the best ones of the series, IMO. |

I just finished season 2 of this show. I've been avoiding it for a while because I'm not a huge football fan and it just smelled like it had that frat boy stink. I was wrong. Well, maybe only 80% wrong. Part of my problem with those frat-boy centered shows is, as a dude, I always ended up feeling a little bit insulted. Like guys are nothing but sex crazed misanthropes. The League, while still relying on the time tested raunchy factor, approaches 'guys' in a way that is actually refreshing; creatures trying everything we can to bolster our own self-importance. The device for that, of course, is the fantasy football league and the silly things these guys do to get an edge in something so menial. And even by the third episode of the first season, I felt like all of the characters were clearly defined while still united in their puerile banter. The little lady likes the show and has little tolerance when it comes to this type of humor. That should say something. If you've been on the fence about this show, give it an honest shot. Don't be a Crutch and judge a show entirely by it's trailer, even though you've heard countless reports to the contrary. |

My wife has absolutely zero interest or knowledge of football and even she loves this show. And Rafi is one of my favorite characters on television. Period. |

Well, now I'm definitely watching this show. there should be post titled "The 50 most drug addled posts in Obelisk history", that post would be number one! it literally made my brain hurt, just like when you eat ice cream to fast. |

Hulu just got seasons 1 through 5. Not sure how I missed a whole season, but just discovered that I hadn't seen Season 4 of this show. 5 or so episodes in now and it might actually be my favorite season so far. |
