Perhaps you could put the titles in that post somewhere so I don't have to click on five hundred links.

Burial Ground

Italian incest at its finest. The kid in it, is awesomely creepy.

I don't know if this counts as horror, but there was a film that came out about 11 years ago, I don't remember who was in it, it was about a dad and his two sons. The dad starts getting relugious visions of the horrors people have done, and he begins to think god is telling him to murder them. He had an axe named Otis. It was from the point of view of the older kid, I think. The dad makes his two sons help him, and the older one rebels and is then placed in a bunker.

Really, creepy film. WTF was the name of that one? Anyone? Only saw it once but I want to see it again. Freaked the fuck out of me and my two baked friends when we saw it in theaters. Those were the days. I miss my high school best friends.

EDIT: Googled "axe named Otis" and bam, there it is. It's called Frailty. FUCKED up movie. Check it.

I saw Burial Ground at the drive-in around '83. Haven't seen it since, but that scene with the son(midget) biting his mom's nipple off sticks with me. It's on my short list of movies to buy some day.

I'm really into early Hammer horror films from the 60's and 70's. Boris Karloff rules.

Anyways it's all about Drive-In Massacre!!

Was Boris Karloff in many Hammer films? I think of Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing more than Karloff. Dig the Hammer films though, they have a certain atmosphere, the women are hot, the sets are cool, and even without the gratuitous violence they're still entertaining.

I love Hammer Horrors - my fave is The Devil Rides Out. Any of the Dracula movies with Christopher Lee, Twins of Evil, Hands of the Ripper would be up there for me as well.

The Wicker Man if it counts as a horror movie would rank as my number one.

Dario Argento's movies are great as well - Suspiria, Phenomena, Inferno, Opera.

The golden age of US horror (the 70s) yielded Dawn of the Dead, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Halloween and the Hills Have Eyes.

I also love Amando de Ossorio's Blind Dead series. I got the boxset as a going away present at a former workplace.

I write my own retro movie reviews for a website and plan to do a review on some horror films soon like Motel Hell. Posted the link on my Youtube channel.

I guess I'm the only girl who posts in these forums? Anyways hope y'all are having a good summer.

I am partial to 2,000 Maniacs as it was filmed next to me in St. Cloud FL.

Pioson Ivy, you might be the only female so far but I'm sure there's others all about the genre here somewhere.

John Bonham actually made a cameo in Son of Dracula from 1974...

I love vintage horror movie ads too like this one...

Daaamn, I forgot all about that one!! Great film.

Just this weekend I saw Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things for the first time. A real long build up and the pay off doesn't equal up, but it's got some good imagery.

The Beyond
