Looks like the 'oscar front' is light...must be all timed for the fall/winter, because as much as I liked these films, nothing is for the masses/trophy worthy

Moneyball is supposed to be a contender, as is Tree of Life, but I hear Tree of Life is kind of a wankfest (dependinig on who you talk to)

Small Town Murder Songs and Meek's Crossing are both subdued, starkly beautiful films....

Not recommended for those that like Independence Day or The Fast and the Furious sort of garbage.

For laughs, Horrible Bosses had me laughing out loud quite a few times.

I loved Tree Of Life, easily the winner for me. Bellflower was also really good.

I absolutely despised Hobo With A Shotgun, worthless trash, not fun at all.
