Hello. This is the artist formerly known as jibberish. After putting up with all I could stand from king satan and his evil minions over where the riffraff lives, I have decided to leave it all FAR behind me, including changing my handle.
Even tho the club is a quiet place, I plan on turning on the lights in there to further the heavy and the gear that makes the heavy. I am in no hurry. I am just really looking forward to a lovely, positive, harassment free adventure. The real key to all of this is that half the guys I desperately didn't want to lose touch with are also registered here DOH!
So, having much extra energy after the last and final incident, I decided to rise above and channel that energy into something creative, something MUSIC.
SO, I invented a new genre: Blackgrass and Zydeathco and new band to play this new form of boondock darkness called "Tar Bog" annnnd...a song in the genre (I don't really rehears solos and jams, so they can get rough due to thinking on the fly hesitations. also, the most important lyrics are the least understandable "I am immortal" is what I say right before the banzai outro jam. this ain't no emo shit maynerd!!! heh)
and to prove I am in a super great mood, I whooped this little example of TR0000)))) Texas Doom up real fast n good n sloppy (I am looking for the "I see what you did there" haha).
After this intro thread, I will be getting very busy in the player's club. I have a ton of stuff to learn from some srsly wise fellows and a few things to offer as well. So I have many dialogues to start up and threads to create. And once i get organized: BOOYAH!
edit: I put the soundclouds into URL's for now to see if that works

Pretty sure the Soundcloud/Bandcamp feature tricks are in the FAQ thread, along with Bandcamp and YouTube. I know they're somewhere. If you do a search for "Soundcloud embed," it should come up.
Welcome, either way. Hope you dig it here and find some good tunes.

thanks chief :) . i appreciate that.
edit: i wonder if things have been changed over at soundcloud. there is no 2F starting the embed track number. this one is 27....., so i just get the big blank box too.
i got the youtubes to link no problem. just have to keep playing around with the other linking until i get lucky haha.

haha. hello! You bet i'm going to see what's cooking in the poison cauldron.
I hope you get to talk with weird al. I've seen him 3-4 times when he has played in clevo. The most amazing thing about his shows is just what a super pro job they all do of timing and executing. I watched one of his shows from sidestage with my son so we could see the computer guy below the stage and also al heading in and out of his little dressing room trailer. a couple times he was standing there counting down before he did his timed march onto stage and all the people doing videos, props, costume changes, and he doesn't play the easiest song arrangements either. it really makes for a great show.
It's kind of his fault, and also Charlie Weiner's fault that I do my "Evil Weird Al" songs.
Charlie weiner did a version of that day-o, daylight come and I wanna go home, or wtf except he changed it to "Day Old" "gone to pick-n-pay to buy some day old" 1 day 2 day 3 day 4, gone to...etc. I was hooked.
first victim was "I hate Macaroni". the funny thing was that the more a song irritated me, the more motivated I was to mangle it. so you bet the lame ass version of turn the page by metallica triggered the reaction, and just like Macarena(hurl) the Boot scootin boogie was just as queer so that absolutely had to go. I have a pile of them. I turned "the letter" into "got me a ticket to a slayer show, and fred bear is now friend beer, and so on heh.
there should be prison sentences for deliberately typing fail lyrics like "blackjack, Cadillac, baby meet me out back" DAMMIT!, so that one got changed into a Halloween song called "The Cloven Hoof Boogie" we haven't had a new Halloween song in 50 fucking years, so I fixed that HAHA https://soundcloud.com/doktordeath/theclovenhoofboogie
my one nephew worships my obnoxious songs, especially after I turned him on to Scuzz Twittley who also is pretty creative with the lyrics and obnoxious as fuck.

Quite certain it's that rare 1999 demo track by High on Fire you're referring to. I'll have to listen to it again to double check.
Anyways one of my recent new episodes is now up!! Peep my new one with legendary MonsterVision host Joe Bob Briggs!!!!!
It hasn't been updated in years though. Not doing any music at the moment as I'm trying to complete a graphic arts project soon.I'm going to be getting paid $1,000 just to draw some Pokémon stuff for someone's new website. I'm gonna use that money mostly to print the first issue of my comic. If it sells I might invest in some music studio time.

NO WAI haha. I remember in the 80's when I was in school working at the Pomeroy house restaurant. we used to keep the joe bob scores on the cooler wall. how many buckets of blood, death count , boob count or wtf all he kept track of. about the only worthwhile thing in print in the day. GLW your art project. $$! --------------------------------------------------------------------- Sorry for being MIA, but it was nice not even turning my computer on for a solid week. I have been so busy and on-the-go, just haven't had the time to turn the thing on. Someone always has a phone to check the weather radar if needed.
I am still going to be busy thru sept but THEN I will have beau coup mas mehr time to get busy on all the listening and posting I have been piling up. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HEY! Is purple hex still alive and well even tho you are busy with other stuff right now? I think I still have a copy of the shoplifting song heh.

No I'm not jamming with anyone at the moment. That old band I had is dead unfortunately. It wasn't that good anyways. The last time I played music with anyone was with Bruno the bassist of Flipper. I might still get him to produce something though. I think my playing and song ideas now are way better than the old stuff.
