Sucks about all these back to back rock deaths lately,but fuck even the great guitarist from the Jefferson Airplane/Starship got a visit from the reaper lately :(

Doomy two years before the first Black Sabbath. RIP Paul! Oh and of course I've loved the song White Rabbit since I was 9.

I love the early SF sound, and when I was growing up, Jefferson Starship had heavy airplay on KSAN and KLIV (SF), and I ain't talking about 'We Built This City'...
I knew his name along with Marty Balin, Grace Slick, all the Dead, Journey, Santana, Quicksilver Messenger Service, New Riders, Hot Tuna etc etc...before even my classic rock phase....

So RIP indeed.
