Scissorfight - Been revisiting a lot recently, especially the early shit (Gauranteed Kill, Balls Deep), the sludgier side. Sort of be surprised if they never come back to play a one off in the Boston area someday

Best not to ruminate too much on what's come and gone.

I'll second KEELHAUL and ASUNDER and add:

Moss/Anderson/Crover iteration of PORN
Green Milk from the Planet Orange
Emissions Fest in Youngstown
Satyricon in Portland
Portland, OR in general before it was invaded by a bunch of tacky, bandwagon-jumping assholes

I'd add ZOMBI, ACID KING and TOOL to the list, but I've seen them all return and kick ass over the last year!

Been listening to A Tribe Called Quest a lot lately. Going with them most of all.

Does Black Mountain count yet? Been four years since Wilderness Heart, which I love. No idea what they've been up to since.

Dozer. Beyond Colossal was the best thing they released and the drumming is ridiculous. At least they went out on top.

Beastie Boys. Glad they decided to not go on without MCA under the moniker. Not glad that MCA is gone.

Screaming Trees. Last Words was a dream come true, but it also proved they were better than ever at that point. My favorite of their's by quite a bit, and I really love Sweet Oblivion and (to a slightly lesser extent) Dust.

Fugazi. Refused.

Still can't believe how cool it is that Chad borrowed my white Flying V for this video!

Half these bands I jam in my car regularly. Don't miss my twenties though, did it right the first time and am happy where I am now, every single day, this car stereo is better than I ever imagined.
