Clamfight - Volume 1 (at a show)... it made my Top 10 of 2010 list.

Before that, The Might Could & The Suplecs... both of which I imagine will be on my best of 2011 list.

I've been spinning that Clamfight album nonstop for the past week or so. Great album.

Iron Monkey - "We've Learned Nothing" 10"

I wish "Our Problem" had been released on vinyl. I'm not bothering with a CD.

Did you win the smoke coloured one on eBay?

I was going to bid on that auction, but I wasn't home from work yet when it ended.

I just got a bunch of stuff, the really memorable ones are:

Incantation - Onward To Golgotha LP reissue...the extras are awesome
Thou - Baton Rouge, You Have Much To Answer For...best thing they've done to date
Acid Witch - Stoned...more of the same from these guys, but it's a great formula, can't decide if I like it better than the first album yet, it's pretty much the same thing with different songs.

Also got both of Back On Black's Witchfinder General reissues. They sound a little better than the originals, and the coloured wax looks nice.

Yep. eBay. Just $10.00. I think they are all the same color vinyl?

Thank you for not bidding! ;-)

I used eSnipe so I didn't have to pay attention to the auction or be home. Try it - it's great.

What exactly is eSnipe? I've heard of it, but never even gave thought of using it.

Thanks to The Obelisk and some earlier discussions, I just checked out Grails. Liked the samples. Bought 5 CDs from the band at http://pamlicosoundmailorder.org/
They were out of one so I ordered it from a local shop.
Also thanks to Obelisk, I just bought Sandia Man and the new Leeches of Lore.
As well as Kings Destroy.
While at local shop picking up Grails I snagged Black Breath-Heavy Breathing.
Thank you Obelisk people.

Go to esnipe.com and check it out. You buy enough vinyl on eBay that you need this, whoshotthefrog.

You buy a bunch of points from esnipe and it deducts them each time you win an auction but it doesn't cost you anything if you don't win (if I remember that right). I think it winds up costing about 25 cents for each auction you win - maybe a bit more if it's an expensive item.

You just enter the top amount you want to pay and when you want it to bid and it automatically bids for you so you don't have to wait around staring at your computer or setting your alarm to pay attention to when an auction is about to end. I just always tell it to bid with 1 second left. If I win awesome, if not, whatever - it means the thing sold for more than I was willing to pay.

I've won a lot of auctions using it that I probably would have forgotten about, or would have bid on too early, thus leaving someone else too much time to outbid me.

Another eBay victory:

Harvey Milk - "Special Wishes" 2LP. Sealed!

Been trying to win this forever and always get outbid. Finally won a copy. $31.00. Cheapest price I've seen it go for in a while. Thanks again esnipe!

Thanks, MF. I'm definitely going to check that site out today.
