It entered at #8 on the Swedish album chart.

Sweden > most countries. Clearly.

I can't figure out if the swedes are taking the piss on everybody.. First Ghost and now Goat? I'm really enjoying both bands and i would love to experience a Goat live show, but there is something very odd about both bands.

Anyone who believes a single word either of these bands have ever said is completely retarded.

Do you also believe that Peter Criss is actually a cat?

bob dylan created his own mythology, it's a great rock and roll tradition.

and the fewer comparisons between Goat and Ghost, the better. not even vaguely on the same level.

nice album, but not worth any of the over hype.

are you confusing "hype" with "a few people talking about a band"? there have been only a handful of articles or interviews with goat, almost all from small online magazines/blogs. not sure what hype you are referring to.

Definitely feels like some sort of novelty.

To hell with it, I still like these guys. How I didn't hear them any sooner is beyond me, but it's okay.

I saw the Philly show and it was really good. I was hoping for a looser, more improvisatory sound but a minor quibble. A band to watch.

See if you can get them to say more than stuff like "we are happy" or "we like making music" or "everyone is very nice."

Some of the music sounds really good, but there's something cheap about it, something of a spectacle, and playing a nice mashup of different musics but feels like they're don't believe in what they're playing sometimes, like they're mostly focused on putting on a show.
