I'm English so our default drunken food is a doner kebab. Personally I go for doner meat and chips with chilli sauce and garlic mayo.

Hangover food...a good fry up...bacon, eggs, sausage, mushrooms, tomato, beans, hash browns and fried bread with a mug of coffee!!!

I tried a kebab when I was in Paris earlier this year after a few beers to make a cultural comparison. It was ok but not a patch on a British one.

I was stationed in Germany for 3 years. I loved it!
