upload it in 320 bit rate mp3 to an easy fuckin use sharesite like http://www.multiupload.com/ where you can upload to multiple sites and house the links all in one place.

then post the link in current album reviews, or back in this thread.

Send it everywhere and anywhere that you think is appropriate. Send promos to the most likely places that would review it, and then send out some longshots. The important thing to realize is that the odds of getting a review at places are usually somewhat slim; your best bet is to contact (phone, mail or email) individual reviewers, rather than to send it just to the general address of a magazine. Email usually works best, because they can check the stuff out and if they like it, they'll contact you but if not, then it's safe to say that it's not their thing....they can do it at their leisure.

An email along with a promo tends to have a higher chance of review, though. Also, if there's reviewers that you read that you like their taste in music and their writing style, it doesn't hurt to send a promo to them and/ or contact them to see if they'd be interested....you can save yourself some postage that way, too. The more homework you can show to have done, the better.....reviewers often get tons of releases, so sometimes it's just more an issue of time--namely that there's usually not enough of it.
