Kinda realated, some stuff just sound reallly good on the car radio. I listen to calssics/oldies a bit and the stuff seems to hit better behind the wheel.

I re-discover albums all the time, most recent examples are Failure - "Fantastic Planet" and Grand Mal - "Maledictions".

Yes, but unfortunately it's a side effect of having too much music - it just takes too many years to get back around to it.

Agreed.

I often find myself playing an album, and thinking "why don't i listen to this more?" then getting distracted by another album, and thinking the exact same thing.
Having a lot of music is fun.

Thats one of the reasons I kick back on weekends and listen to vinyl over headphones. Not because of some analog snobbery but becauce I simply pay more attention to an album.

I have been on a vinyl bender for 3 months... It really does sound better then most other formats.
