Here is how to post a YouTube video...

When making a new post, if you look at the line of buttons for bold, italics, etc., right underneath, there's one that says "youtube."

Click that and it brings up the [youtube][/youtube] frames. Between the frames, you put the video ID of the clip you want to use.

If you want to post the video at the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DrMP-2l0VTc, you just put "DrMP-2l0VTc" between the [youtube][/youtube] frames, like so:

You have to post only what appears to be the video ID, in your case its the "ZHv3qO_Y8kk" in the link. As such:
