Easiest would be to use a site like photobucket and use the "IMG code" that they supply you with. I'm html illiterate, so that's what I use and have no problems.

it's easier here
1) copy the url of the picture, wherever it's hosted
2 press the "img" button -- on the control panel when you post a reply
3) right click anywhere in the reply box, choose paste

I just went on google and searched for 90 by 90px pictures of Townes Van Zandt for my avatar. As for posting pics just Stickman pretty much nailed it on the head but I'll try and help with the example below.

Links don't work. They also have to be .jpg/bmp, etc.

Right click on the picture then properties and get its url which should end with .jpg.

The way I do it is: right click on the pic i want to post,; left click on "view image info;" right click on the highlighted section (should end in .jpg or .gif or simialr image extensions or it won't work); choose "copy." Then that url information is held until you click the "img" control

I don't have the right/ left click thing... I am on a Mac.

Hammy, if you're using Safari, right click on the image you want to share. You'll get a little popout menu. At the bottom of the menu, select "copy image address". That's the address directly to the image.

Then just come back here and apple+V in between the img brackets.



Mac has right click. If you're still using the standard pill mouse (shame on you), then hold down the control key while you click.
